From May 3 to 9, 2025, the fourth Short-Term Joint Staff Training Event took place as part of the “Competency-Based Training and Simulation in Healthcare Education” (CBTS), hosted by our partners at CIFP Majada Marcial, in the beautiful city of Puerto del Rosario, on the island of Fuerteventura, Spain.

📚 During this international meeting, teachers and health education specialists from the six partner countries continued their professional training and exchange of good practices.

💡 The event marked an important milestone for the project – the completion of the Clinical Simulation Manual, an essential tool for trainers and institutions involved. At the same time, the structure for organizing and uploading simulations and clinical scenarios on the project’s online platform was established, thus facilitating access to common resources for all partners.

🔬 Participants worked together in interactive workshops and applied sessions, aiming to:

• integrate clinical simulation as a standard teaching method;
• use e-portfolios in practical training;
• apply the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the training curriculum for future health professionals.

🤝 This mobility demonstrates once again the power of international collaboration and the shared commitment to improving the quality of healthcare education through innovation, cooperation, and the sharing of educational resources.
